Your dream home is being built!
Less Waiting, More Living.
Stop picturing your dream home, start living in it. We believe the path to homeownership should be an exciting journey, not a stressful project. By building our homes with creativity and long-term livability in mind, we've created spaces where life can unfold beautifully from day one. We've already completed the blueprints and managed the construction, so you can skip the headaches and get straight to what matters most: enjoying your life in a new home built just for you.

Message from the builder
For me, homebuilding is more than a business—it's a mission rooted in a powerful personal journey.
Having grown up along the U.S./Mexican border, I understand the profound value of homeownership. I vividly remember families running across our yard with luggage in hand, soaked from crossing the Rio Grande, in search of a new life, a new home.
When I was 10, I watched my hard-working father hand over the keys to his beloved truck just to pay that month's rent. My heart is heavy with memories of us packing hastily to move again to the next place we'd rent. Always moving. My parents came to the United States from Mexico with nothing, and worked hard to raise the five of us. I am grateful for how rich we were in family values, which made all of our dwellings feel like happy homes...even though we never had a house of our own.
My wife and I finally bought our first home in Marshall, Wisconsin when I was 28. I wouldn't trade the memories in this house for anything in the world. Watching the kids play in the backyard, Christmas mornings, family dinners. I want more people to experience that.
This perspective drives my commitment to building not just houses, but lasting homes for people in our community. I am no expert in construction, but I am an expert in building the right team. I learned this from my football coaches in Texas. I sacrifice profit for expertise, and I invest heavily in top-tier design and construction professionals. This allows us to create beautiful, premium spec homes that meet high quality standards. In addition to our luxury projects, we are bringing more affordable options for families in the lower-to-median price point, as we believe everyone deserves the joy of owning their own home. Stay tuned as we bring these ideas to fruition.
Hopefully, our next project is your dream home.

The Angelica Trail farmhouse stands as the first in a collection of our premium, custom-designed homes. The journey began one year before the first shovel hit the ground, with a comprehensive design and development phase. Our goal was to build a home that honors farm-style charm while keeping to Don Tierney's elevated standards of craftsmanship and architecture. The developer's personal engagement ensured an unwavering commitment to detail, treating each element as if it were for his own residence. Our driving principle was a shared understanding: we were building a family's dream home, a promise that guided every hand and decision on this project.

Oak Shore Drive, Fall River
Projected Completion: August 2026
I chose this lot for the view—Lazy Lake shimmering at sunset, open skies and quiet fields. It felt like the kind of place where a home could breathe. This barndominium-inspired house was designed to reflect that feeling: 26 foot cathedral ceilings that lift your gaze, rustic luxury finishes, and 1.3 acres that invite you to linger outside a little longer. This is everything I love about country living: space, serenity, and the kind of sunsets that make you pause and say, “This is home.”

We're digging this new house...

If you know me at all, you know that I can't shut up about the future.
As a teenager, my crazy goal was to one day play in the NFL. Turns out you need talent and athleticism for that.
But my dreams haven't shrunk. Today, I know that you can accomplish big things with the right attitude and the right TEAM.
If you have ideas involving real estate, and you're looking for a partner, let's talk. You never know, maybe we can bring something amazing to LIFE.
